About me
My name is Fay, an occupational therapist with a broad clinical background supporting individuals with injuries, long-term conditions, and complex needs. My experience includes orthopaedic conditions, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and a wide range of neurological and mental health conditions, including working with individuals who are at risk of falls.

I specialise in conducting comprehensive home assessments to identify limitations in motor function, sensation, cognition, and psychosocial functioning. Through careful risk management and a holistic understanding of each person’s lifestyle, goals, and barriers, I develop tailored treatment plans that support safety, independence, and quality of life. This includes manual handling guidance, practical strategies, and recommendations for appropriate equipment and environmental adaptations.

In addition to my clinical practice, I bring over 15 years of experience in lifestyle coaching. I offer practical nutritional guidance and exercise recommendations for people of all ages, supporting sustainable lifestyle changes that complement rehabilitation and promote overall wellbeing.
